SALURBAL-Climate Fellows
In 2024, as part of SALURBAL-Climate's capacity-strengthening activities, SALURBAL-Climate launched the SALURBAL-Climate Fellowship Program.
This is a two-year program that provides supplemental funding to trainees who are part of a SALURBAL-Climate partner institution. Fellows represent individuals from diverse backgrounds who are actively engaged with SALURBAL-Climate activities. The program goal is to increase the number of individuals committed to careers in climate change and urban health research in Latin America.
Since 2024, SALURBAL-Climate has awarded nine fellowships to researchers across the Americas.
